• Fax or Mail your order: You may use the shopping cart as though you are checking out. When you are ready to place your order, just click the "Print to Order by Fax or Mail" button. Fill in your billing information and then click the "Continue" button. Print your order form. After you complete the credit card information, you can fax it to us at: 330-534-4525. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Should you need to return an item, please include a copy of your invoice and state your reason for your return. Your credit card will be credited promptly. If an item was damaged upon receipt, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving it in order to exchange it.

SHIPPING TIME

Most orders can be shipped the following business day. If an order will take longer than two weeks to be received, we will notify you by e-mail.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Shipping and handling will be determined by the following chart:

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Second Day Shipping will cost $15.00 in addition to the regular shipping charges per package. If you would like second day shipping, simply state this under "Special Instructions" when you are checking out. Next Day Shipping will cost $25.00 in addition to the regular shipping charges per package. All Second Day and Next Day orders will be shipped the following business day after the order has been received.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All orders shipped outside of the United States will be charged according to the standard UPS or Federal Express shipping rates plus a $3.00 handling fee.  Therefore, the shipping charge that may be calculated on your order will change.  You will be notified through email of the new shipping charge and your approval through email will be required. 

In addition, depending on your location, prepayment through international draft or money order will be required before your order will be sent. 

Please note that some countries may not be permitted to receive some of our products due to custom rules and therefore your order will not be shipped.

SALES TAX

Ohio residents will be charged 6.5% sales tax on their order.

SOLID 14-KT GOLD

Solid 14kt gold items may take additional time to be received. These items do not include a chain. Solid 14kt gold items are made to order, and are nonreturnable.

Sending a gift? We will gift wrap your present and enclose a gift card with your personal message. The cost is $3.95. If you would like to send a gift card only, the cost is $0.75.

ENGRAVING

Many of our products can be engraved at $0.35 per character. Just fill out the engraving form. This charge will be added to your order.
